I am Angela Prast, MA, LPCC. You are taking an important step in your self-care and I would love to join you in your wellness journey. As someone who has raised two children and experienced life long chronic migraine pain, I have witnessed the transformative benefits of mental health therapy. I deeply understand the power of connection and working collaboratively with a goal of finding peace and balance.  

With over 20 years of experience working with children and parents, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate challenging life events, strengthen connections, and lead fulfilling lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and partner of Arise Therapy Group in Castle Rock, Colorado, I offer genuine and empathetic care to those I serve.

I was born and raised here in Colorado, achieving my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family studies along with my graduate degree in Mental Health at Adams State University. Along with my school pride, my love of Colorado extends to the many cities I lived in and all the outdoors has to offer. On my days off you will find me skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, walking my dogs, playing sports or simply squishing the grass in my bare feet while soaking in the sunshine.
